There was a need for an integrated, easy-to-use solution that simplifies these multifaceted tasks while enhancing the overall educational experience.
EducateMe offers a dynamic, multi-application platform tailored to each key user
1 - Parent Application:
Stay informed and actively involved in your child’s education. Access grades, timetables, and direct communication with teachers effortlessly.
2- Student Application:
A digital companion for students to access courses, manage assignments, track assessments, and collaborate with classmates… all in one place.
3- Personnal Application:
Streamlines daily administrative operations, tracking tasks and facilitating smooth collaboration between administrative and teaching teams.
4- Teacher Application:
Enables lesson planning, monitors student performance, and simplifies the sharing of learning resources to foster better educational outcomes.
Process
Research & Analysis: We conducted user interviews, surveys, and analyzed in-app analytics to understand the pain points and user needs. We also studied competitor apps and industry trends to gather insights
Information Architecture: Based on the research findings, we restructured the app's navigation and content, prioritizing features and information according to user needs.
Wireframing & Prototyping: We designed low-fidelity wireframes to visualize the new layout and navigation, iteratively refining them based on user feedback. Afterward, we built a high-fidelity, interactive prototype to test the design.
Usability Testing: We conducted usability tests with a diverse group of users to validate the design and identify areas for improvement. Based on the feedback, we made necessary adjustments to the design.
Visual Design & Style Guide: We developed a cohesive visual language, including color schemes, typography, and iconography, ensuring consistency throughout the app. We also created a style guide to maintain design consistency in future updates.

At Educademe, I was responsible for designing the first three main applications from scratch, along with their web versions : Educateme parent, Educateme student , and Educateme teacher.
I'm grateful to the Zenhosting and Educatme teams for offering me this incredible opportunity. Today, Educademe has become the most widely used school management application in Tunisia, serving both primary schools and high schools.
